Your Visit – Before your trip, please try to give our UK rep as much information as possible about your purchase requirements (ie. buget, type of property, location, holiday or permanent home), the more we know the better we can plan your trip to suit your needs on arrival. We collect you from the airport and take you to your accomodation, which will have been pre-arranged for you.

We make a nominal charge for this but the cost is refunded if you purchase. You will then be shown the are and properties that meet with your requirements at a leisurely pace over the next few days. Once we have found the property you are looking for, we can start the purchase arrangements.

With Elite Property Sales you will not be put under pressure at any time and we trust we can make you buying in Spain experience as pleasant as possible. (Please note large parties by prior arrangement only).

Resale Property – We will
guide you through the legal work to complete your purchase. Once you have chosen a property
we will agree terms with the vendor and prepare you a contract. 3000 euros is the standard
deposit required. We will then introduce you to a solicitor who we recommend, however you
are free to engage another solicitor if you wish.

You will then need to open a Spanish bank account and apply for your
NIE number. If you require a mortgage in Spain (normally up to 80% of the asking price) we
will arrange the application for you. You will at all times be accompanied by one of our
staff who will guide you through the process.

New Property – The procedure is very
similar to a resale purchase. We will agree terms with you and the builder and a legal
contract will be prepared. Payment terms vary depending on the builders requirements. We
will do our best to agree an arrangement that suits you both.

We do not just sell property, not you have your keys we are here to
help. We can assist you with purchase of furniture and anything else you may require for
your home. Here, at Elite, we run a property check service and can be your eyes and ears
when you are away from your home. We can tailor a package to suit your needs. We can also
deal with your rental customers.
